Affirmation

Subconscious
Freud, explains the human consciousness as an iceberg analogy. The part of the iceberg that is seen to everyone is ego, which is the field people are conscious in of the outer world that they establish relationships with. However, a majority of it being left outside our desire covering a 90% part of the iceberg is a consciousness also called super ego.
Mental Therapies
Getting Started with Affirmation;
1. If we notice most of the time the disruptions and disturbances that occur make us go into a psychology accusing our environment. When we come across a serious sickness, we fall into a victim role by asking the question “why me!?”. However when going into the healing duration, we nativise what has occurred to evaluate it and as we ask ourselves “Why did this happen to me” and “what is this sickness teaching me” and we need to find the source of the answer within ourselves. In this sense, “knowing yourself” are nice words that seems simple with deep meanings.
2. In a serious sickness or misfortune a person is dominate over feelings of fear. Because uncertain futures are awaiting you. Notice the fear and remember how strong your mind is. However, your strength is not in the past or the future, it is now. Practice on overcoming your fears and let yourself go with the natural flow. Change your minds “feeling helpless” habit. Because this feeling is one of the biggest feelings that makes you weak.
3. Intension is a thinking form that has been targeted. In a body that owns intentions, the brain neurons become activated. The body owns trillions of cells and every second a numerous reaction occurs. All these reactions at a molecule level are effected by your intentions and at that frequency, they become rezone to the energy. So they will be concord. Even if you do not realize, your body will listen to all your thoughts and intentions aloud or not and it will act accordingly. Notice that the control is in your hands and think like that. For the intention to create a difference, the subconscious patterns need to be coordinated. If the imaginations are supported emotionally, it will be easier for the subconscious to attend the event.
4. You need to have your health to maximize to the highest level and your immune system needs to be programmed to the highest level. For this, you need to firstly want the change from heart. “everyone wants a change” will be said however like it can be done quickly according to the persons defies it can take a long time. For example, wanting to become sick can be a choice of preference. Even if some elderly people do not realize this, they believe that oldness and sickness is an inseparable duo.
Or when they are healthy, they fear that they will not get the same interest from the people around them. As their thinking pattern does not change, even if you do the most comprehensive healing study it is quite open that you will not get a result.
To change thinking patterns;
• Firstly, be truthful with yourself and be aware of what you want. If in reality things you do not want are wanted from around you then see this.
• It is important to follow your healing duration by recording daily. Because keeping a record daily will show that, you are aware and you have taken this seriously.
• Take limiting beliefs and changes out of your dictionary. For example: “İ don’t have the strength to effect the incidents, things like this always find me anyway, oldness is loneliness and sickness, I don’t deserve happiness and health, I don’t have any fortunate chance, I’m scared of death, tomorrow is going to be worse than yesterday” etc…
• It is a very effective way to forgive yourself and the people you are resentful to, and to free negative thoughts.
If you realize that you have these kind of feelings and thoughts, then you can repeat the necessary affirmation in a quite and dark place, especially when falling asleep or as soon as you wake up for 21 days without any breaks. The most basic affirmation is the one that is directed at feeling valuable and loving yourself. Beginning with this will start a base for the others. You can also create these affirmations yourself.
It should definitely not contain negative words like debt, problems, sickness etc. For example, “I’m very valuable, everyone is aware of how valuable I am, because I am valuable I deserve all the beautiful things” however to direct your subconscious and to fix the negative judgment you own will need a certain technique. For this reason, I recommend you receive help from an expert.

Hypnosis can be defined as: a special psychological state with certain physiological attributes, resembling sleep only superficially and marked by a functioning of the individual at a level of awareness other than the ordinary conscious state. Hypnosis is usually induced by a procedure known as a hypnotic induction, which is commonly composed of a long series of preliminary instructions and suggestions. Hypnotic suggestions may be delivered by a hypnotist in the presence of the subject, or may be self-administered ("self-suggestion" or "autosuggestion").
Hypnosis typically involves an introduction to the procedure during which the subject is told that suggestions for imaginative experiences will be presented. The hypnotic induction is an extended initial suggestion for using one's imagination, and may contain further elaborations of the introduction. A hypnotic procedure is used to encourage and evaluate responses to suggestions. When using hypnosis, one person (the subject) is guided by another (the hypnotist) to respond to suggestions for changes in subjective experience, alterations in perception, sensation, emotion, thought or behavior. Persons can also learn self-hypnosis, which is the act of administering hypnotic procedures on one's own. If the subject responds to hypnotic suggestions, it is generally inferred that hypnosis has been induced. Many believe that hypnotic responses and experiences are characteristic of a hypnotic state. While some think that it is not necessary to use the word "hypnosis" as part of the hypnotic induction, others view it as essential.
The earliest definition of hypnosis was given by Braid, who coined the term "hypnotism" as an abbreviation for "neuro-hypnotism", or nervous sleep, which he opposed to normal sleep, and defined as: "a peculiar condition of the nervous system, induced by a fixed and abstracted attention of the mental and visual eye, on one object, not of an exciting nature."
Braid, Hypnotic Therapeutics, 1853
Therefore, Braid defined hypnotism as a state of mental concentration that often leads to a form of progressive relaxation, termed "nervous sleep". Later, in his The Physiology of Fascination (1855), Braid conceded that his original terminology was misleading, and argued that the term "hypnotism" or "nervous sleep" should be reserved for the minority (10%) of subjects who exhibit amnesia, substituting the term "monoideism", meaning concentration upon a single idea, as a description for the more alert state experienced by the others.
A new definition of hypnosis, derived from academic psychology, was provided in 2005, when the Society for Psychological Hypnosis, Division 30 of the American Psychological Association (APA), published the following formal definition.
Franz Mesmer (1734–1815) believed that there is a magnetic force or "fluid" within the universe that influences the health of the human body. He experimented with magnets to influence this field and, so, cause healing. By around 1774, he had concluded that the same effects could be created by passing the hands, at a distance, in front of the subject's body, referred to as making "Mesmeric passes." The word mesmerize originates from the name of Franz Mesmer, and was intentionally used to separate its users from the various "fluid" and "magnetic" theories embedded within the label "magnetism".
Sigmund Freud, the founder of psychoanalysis, studied hypnotism at Paris school and briefly visited the Nancy school. At first, Freud was an enthusiastic proponent of hypnotherapy, and soon began to emphasise hypnotic regression and ab reaction (catharsis) as therapeutic methods. He wrote a favorable encyclopedia article on hypnotism, translated one of Bernheim's works into German, and published an influential series of case studies with his colleague Joseph Breuer entitled Studies on Hysteria (1895). This became the founding text of the subsequent tradition known as "hypno-analysis" or "regression hypnotherapy."
Milton H. Erickson, M.D. was one of the most influential post-war hypnotherapists. He wrote several books and journal articles on the subject. During the 1960s, Erickson popularized a new branch of hypnotherapy, known as Ericksonian hypnotherapy, characterised primarily by indirect suggestion, "metaphor" (actually analogies), confusion techniques, and double binds in place of formal hypnotic inductions. However, the difference between Erickson's methods and traditional hypnotism led contemporaries such as André Weitzenhoffer, to question whether he was practicing "hypnosis" at all, and his approach remains in question. Erickson had no hesitation in presenting any suggested effect as being "hypnosis", whether or not the subject was in a hypnotic state. In fact, he was not hesitant in passing off behaviour that was dubiously hypnotic as being hypnotic.
Hypnotherapy
The use of hypnotism for therapeutic purposes is referred to as "hypnotherapy", while its use as a form of entertainment for an audience is known as "stage hypnosis".
Hypnotherapy has been studied for the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Hypnosis for IBS has received moderate support in the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence guidance published for UK health services. It has been used as an aid or alternative to chemical anesthesia, and it has been studied as a way to soothe skin ailments.
Relaxation techniques and suggestion have been used to reduce pain in childbirth. A number of studies show that hypnosis can reduce the pain experienced during burn-wound debridement, bone marrow aspirations, and childbirth. The International Journal of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis found that hypnosis relieved the pain of 75% of 933 subjects participating in 27 different experiments.
In 1996, the National Institutes of Health declared hypnosis effective in reducing pain from cancer and other chronic conditions. Nausea and other symptoms related to incurable diseases may also be managed with hypnosis. For example, research done at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine studied two patient groups facing breast cancer surgery. The group that received hypnosis reported less pain, nausea, and anxiety post-surgery. The average hypnosis patient reduced treatment costs by an average $772.00.
The American Psychological Association published a study comparing the effects of hypnosis, ordinary suggestion and placebo in reducing pain. The study found that highly suggestible individuals experienced a greater reduction in pain from hypnosis compared with placebo, whereas less suggestible subjects experienced no pain reduction from hypnosis when compared with placebo. Ordinary non-hypnotic suggestion also caused reduction in pain compared to placebo, but was able to reduce pain in a wider range of subjects (both high and low suggestible) than hypnosis. The results showed that it is primarily the subject's responsiveness to suggestion, whether within the context of hypnosis or not, that is the main determinant of causing reduction in pain.

Hypnosis
Deliberate affirmation of the subconscious is affected. Subconscious, like the name implies which are outside our consciousness but constantly affecting us, like a computer recording everything we live is a large part of the brain. The individual keeps all the unseen faces of their emotions and thoughts here. The causes of behavior based on their past experiences; related to these experiences like emotions, thoughts and motivation of psychological phenomenon is assumed to be formed by subconscious traces.
Some sentences chosen consciously with affirmation, the subconscious that affects our body, minds and emotions can be programmed the way we want and our lifestyle can be shaped with this therapy. Thoughts and beliefs are so strong that we understand this with these examples. If you tie an elephant on to a small pole, the elephant will not be able to move because it believes that it is tied. However, we can say this animal is unconscious. Not to forget that, nearly most of our beliefs come from consciousness and it is at a purity of a 1-2 year old child’s thinking capacity with a very strong subconscious. That is he cannot evaluate a belief through a logic filter. Only because he believes this he can quite nicely fulfill it. For this reason, if we are aware of the positive and negative beliefs that we hide in our subconscious, life will become allot easier and pleasant for us.
Whenever a thought crosses our minds a series of chemical reaction forms. Every reaction formed spreads a light. So, thoughts actually spread light. Biologists know that with a little light it changes the protein structure of living things. Our genes being from a protein structure are affected from the light as in our thoughts. There is a concept in medicine of what is called the placebo effect. For example, two patients that suffer from the same sickness, and one has been given normal medication and the other has been given sugar from the same color (of course the patient does not know this is sugar but knows this as medication) and observations were made. Interestingly, almost in the same way there was improvement in both the patients at the same rate.
Whichever healing duration we choose, our conscious or unconscious intentions as in our expectations determines the improvement we will obtain. Intent of unconscious, under subconscious, normally it does not belong to us although it directs us the very strong beliefs we accept.
