A diet is a type of eating habit prescription that aims at reaching the body to the weight it needs to be in and making it stay there. It is only done to lose weight. Healthy nourishment is an important element of the Wellness culture. Every person’s body metabolism is separate. Everyone should have a diet program of their own. As in from the internet or it does not mean that the other persons program will be useful to you because it is to them. For this reason, any diet program will not be beneficial to us. By choosing and consuming consciously the foods and drinks that bring us out means, we are already on a natural diet program. Adding little but effective techniques to this is the healthiest way to be our own dietician.

In our day, it is quite open that stress affects our lives. This effect is seen when we gain and lose weight. On stressful moments because our metabolism and hormonal system work abnormally, stress control takes an important place on diet programs. During stress because the body is acting abnormal like it is getting ready for war, the metabolism and hormonal system work completely abnormal and gives great harm to the body. Extreme stress can put a person into a coma. Especially hernia’s reason is not to lift heavily and to make sudden movements, it is rips caused by the stiffness in the muscles of the spinal region and sudden movement due to stress.

All the drinks and foods we take into our body, effect us mainly physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually. If that is the case then the person needs to eat with the respect they deserve. Not just to be full, eating and drinking in a conscious way shows the respect the person has for themselves. Unfortunately, some people avoid giving the value they give to their cars to themselves. Firstly, we need to be aware of what we eat. What do we eat, why, when and how much. Be sure to drink plenty of water. (You can know this from the color of your urine. A very light yellow and almost no smell in the urine shows that you have drank plenty of water) because drinking plenty of water, keeps you fresh and energetic just like it helps to digest.

Secondly, you should have a specific aim. For example to look better, to spend a healthier life, age late etc. And stay connected to this aim often. However, we must not forget that food is a habit to and is not easy to change it. For example it is not right to say, “No do not put any!” to someone who puts 4 sugars in their tea.  It is best to approach the aim gradually. Lastly make a plan-program for yourself to change. Make plans to break down into small parts that are specific, narrow and easy to approach your general aim. For example, the first plan could be things like “I’m going to eat more vegetables” “I’m going to try and stay as far as possible from bakery products” “I’m going to spend 30 minutes a day on exercise” “I’m going to boil or bake my foods rather than fry them” etc…

When taking the right way to your aims be patient and do not pay attention to your old habits and to the people’s statements around you that slow you down. If you go back to your deflecting old habits from your aim, continue from where you left off with worrying too much. However, you can give yourself small punishments for these actions so when you fall to that life again you will remember that. For example, at a celebration if you eat an oily cake then raise your exercise tomorrow morning to 3 times the amount. According to your plan, award yourself every time you reach a small aim. This can be things like buying yourself a present, going to the cinemas or the theatre etc. And of course by controlling your plan every week or every 15 days, keep a record of yourself by evaluating measurements.
